Lucky Rebase Protocol

Every rebase rolls. Stake LUCK once and the protocol rebases every four hours, with the size of each rebase drawn from the closing block hash: two leaves is a thin epoch, seven pays x100. Only the rebase rolls, never the stake. Every multiplier is positive, so a staked balance cannot contract. Odds table, expected multiplier x0.996 and the 0.40% reserve are published on the site and generated from the same constant the code reads. Robinhood Chain, 4663.
